3D animation/Microsite/Flash banners
DC was briefed to design and build a microsite that would both promote YBS mortgages and also explain the main types of mortgages available – including first time buyer, tracker, fixed rate and offset - in a user friendly way.
The content needed to be relevant to people at all different stages of the mortgage process, from first time buyers with limited knowledge of their choices to those who know exactly which mortgage product they want.
Our response has been to create a site featuring animations, online tools and calculators to provide all of the information customers need to make an informed decision in a straightforward format. HTML 5 has been used to enhance the animation effects and PDF versions of the mortgage movies are also available so that anyone that cannot view them can print them off instead.
In addition the site includes tables detailing the different mortgage products available, which can be updated by YBS staff to ensure information and rates are always current.
DC are also producing suites of flash banners to promote the microsite which will appear on website such as Money Supermarket.
