





Pirelli Tyres
3D animation/Social media campaign
Pirelli tasked us with producing a DVD for use online and within stockist outlets that would highlight the importance of investing in premium versus budget tyres.
Daisy the Cow is an animated character created by the agency and brought to life by Digital Consortium’s 3D partner, 3D State. The aim of the animation - which can be viewed at http://youtu.be/DPVGax-swBU - was to bring the safety messages to life and aid depot staff and sales teams in building their knowledge of the benefits of Pirelli tyres, so that they can help customers make informed choices.
As part of the campaign we have produced promotional campaign pages featuring the movie along with information about tyres and tyre safety. DC has also devised and implemented a social media campaign, using social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook to encourage greater engagement with the public and to provide additional platforms from which the DVD can be viewed.
The campaign included a Twitter competition which people could enter by following Pirelli UK (www.twitter.com/pirelliuk) and re-tweeting one of our tweets.
Digital Consortium even designed the packaging for the DVDs of the movie that will be sent to the tyre retailers.
