Paua Public Relations is a media relations and communications specialist offering a mix of relationship, reputation and image management, marketing, graphics and print along with social networking expertise. It is a passionate and vibrant agency led by experienced industry professionals.
We were briefed to provide a bright and modern website that could be fully content managed in house and that embraced the use of social media.
To ensure that all of the content – from copy and titles to images – could be kept completely up to date we built the site in Textpattern, which is a CMS blog platform. Having worked with a multitude of different CMS platforms we knew that this one would be absolutely spot on for this specific project.
We recommended incorporating social media features into the design and build of the site. A Twitter feed has been built into the homepage as well as links to Paua Public Relation’s social media pages on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
The addition of social bookmarking on the site and all blog posts makes it quick and easy for people to share content. We also included a blog to enable Paua to keep visitors up to date with current news and comment on relevant industry issues.
In addition to designing and building the website, we designed a Twitter background, Facebook welcome page and Squeezymail template for Paua Public Relation’s email marketing to make sure all of its online marketing collateral mirrors the look of the website.
