Craggs Energy is a Calderdale based heating oil supplier. The company wanted to be fully operational this Autumn, and as part of the launch it commissioned us to design and build its website. 

We started by creating a holding page for Craggs Energy, so that prior to the official launch and full website customers could register their interest and find further details (also featuring a countdown clock).

The website is transactional, enabling domestic, agricultural and business customers to order fuel online quickly and easily. 

There are tailored pages for each customer type along with background information about Craggs Energy, FAQs, news, product details and contact information. A Twitter feed has also been integrated into the site, as well as a wealth of bookmarking and sharing options via social media.

We designed the site so that it is also fully functional on smart phones and tablet devices, so people are not restricted to accessing it via a computer.

Craggs Energy wanted to encourage customers to become account holders, to access special services and prices. A log in area was created for those signing up to this service, containing details about their order history and facilitating a fast re-ordering process.

To highlight the company’s strong links with its local community, we used the scenic photography that appears on its delivery vehicles and within its offline marketing as the backdrop for each page.
