YBS Branches out into Microsites

Soon Yorkshire Building Society customers visiting the YBS site will find information specially tailored towards their local branch, thanks to new branch microsite templates we’ve developed.

YBS will be populating the templates with tailored content for each of its branches from spring onwards and the sites will help strengthen each Yorkshire Building Society’s link with its local customer base.

We piloted the idea with a test landing page for the Building Society’s Whitby branch - www.ybs.co.uk/whitby - featuring branch specific information, like its address and telephone number and news about YBS’ charity initiatives in the area.

The success of the landing page led YBS to commission the full microsite and decide to expand the idea out to its other branches.
