Well done Liz!

Over the past couple of years DC has gradually grown from three to six employees, subsequently we realised there was a need to ensure that the staff were being managed and looked after in the best way possible.  Liz completed the level 4 Institue of Leadership and Management NVQ course in Leadership and Management and received her certificate this week, attaining a pass mark of 89%.

The course was extremely valuable for the entire organisation and we have already implemented a new appraisal system, incentive schemes and continuous professional development plans for our team.
