We Go Together....to the NMA Awards with YBS and Brass

A big thank you to Yorkshire Building Society for inviting us to the NMA Awards at Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday 23rd June 2011, it was a delight to be shortlisted to the final three in the financial services award category.
 
On our table were Rob Savin and Rob Prior from YBS, our very own Guy, Laura and Ben from 3D State (me – Liz – as well) and Anna, Claire, Emma and Phil from Brass (the agency who do the media buying for YBS and planned the advertising for the Find a Mortgage Campaign for which we were up for the award).
 
A commendable Ronni Ancona did her best (bless her) to host the night, despite the quite raucous audience. She even went on to comment that that this was the “rudest industry she has ever encountered”.  We of course gave her our full attention, even after a table of wine had been consumed.  
 
Overall, we had a fantastic time on the night - which included some great John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John masks (we’ve been told we are a ‘’quirky set of people’’- so thought we’d mention that these were supplied on the tables, we didn’t bring them ourselves).
 
Thank you to YBS and to Brass, we enjoyed your company and let’s not wait until we’re shortlisted for an award in London before we go out again.
