Swept away by Lady Sparkles
February 22nd 2010
Having a strong, distinctive brand is one of the most important things when it comes to setting up a new company. New start up cleaning company, Lady Sparkles, came to us for help in developing a brand identity which would knock spots of the competition.
Inspired by the iconic 1960’s TV show, Bewitched, the fresh branding and colourful website have already proved to be successful in driving enquiries for the business’s founder, Joanna Lumb. Digital Consortium understood that as a new start up, Lady Sparkles wanted to achieve maximum effectiveness and return for its investment and has created a brand identity and initial web presence that successfully projects both the company’s professionalism and energy. The agency is also working on some supporting, cost effective activity for Lady Sparkles including Google adwords.
Joanna Lumb, Founder of Lady Sparkles, said: “The quality of your web presence, or lack of it, can make or break a business, so I knew I had to invest in getting my branding and website done professionally. The team at Digital Consortium have done a fantastic job for me – I feel that the brand they’ve created really communicates the fun and freshness I wanted to get across, whilst also emphasising the professionalism of the company. The fact that the site is already driving a high level of enquiries is proof that they really know their stuff.”Guy Utley, Creative Director at Digital Consortium, added: “This was a great project to be involved in. We found out very early on that Joanna wanted something new and exciting to set herself apart from other cleaning companies, many of which are very traditional in their approach to branding.
“The brand we created perfectly mirrors Joanna’s personality, and the bold colours have worked incredibly well at maximising the success of the advertising undertaken so far - resulting in none stop enquiries for the company. We’re now looking forward to developing the Lady Sparkles website further and showing the cleaning industry there is a sparkling new girl on the block.”
