All you really brainy people out there will probably disagree with this, but it can be tricky choosing the right mortgage.

Being very helpful, the folks at Yorkshire Building Society asked us to build an Offset Mortgage Calculator tool, to make it easier for visitors to their site to see exactly how an offset mortgage works – and how much money they can save on their mortgage if they have one. We built the calculator using new HTML5 functionality, meaning it can also be used on a range of mobile devices (including iPhone & iPad) that don’t support Flash.  We've even got it to work in Internet Explorer 6!

We don’t like to blow our own trumpet, but we think it’s pretty good!
